1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sphinx Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sphinx Agent provides AI-powered chatbot creation and hosting services. You can create AI agents, embed them on websites, and manage conversations through our platform.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use automated means to create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; impersonate others or misrepresent your AI agents as human; send spam or unsolicited messages; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Usage limits reset on the first of each calendar month.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it. Sphinx Agent is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information and agent configurations. We retain ownership of the platform, code, and infrastructure. The embeddable widget remains our property, licensed for use under your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your agents and data will be deleted within 30 days.
