Referral Terms
- ✓ Credits are applied automatically to your Stripe balance and deducted from your next invoice(s).
- ✓ There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Each qualifying referral earns additional credit.
- ✓ If you're on the Free plan, credits are stored and applied when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- ✓ Monthly referrals: Your credit is issued after your referral makes their 2nd monthly payment. This ensures they are a committed subscriber.
- ✓ Yearly referrals: Your credit is issued after your referral makes their 1st payment, since yearly plans represent a committed subscription.
- ✓ Credit amounts are based on the referred customer's plan price, not your own plan price.
- ✓ Self-referrals are not permitted. Referral codes cannot be used on accounts associated with the same person.
- ✓ Sphinx Agent reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 30 days notice.
- ✓ Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
