1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this information to provide you with an account and personalize your experience.
When you use our chat features, we store conversation messages to maintain context within chat sessions. We also track aggregate usage counts (messages sent per month) for billing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain our service, process payments, send important service updates, and improve our AI models' performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the US-East-1 region. We use encryption at rest and in transit. All API keys and credentials are stored in AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store with encryption.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI/Google/DeepSeek (AI model providers). Each processes data according to their own privacy policies. Chat messages are sent to AI providers for processing but are not used for training their models.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained for 90 days. Usage data is retained for billing and analytics purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion by emailing support@sphinxagent.ai.
7. Cookies
We use localStorage to store your authentication token. We do not use tracking cookies. The embeddable widget uses sessionStorage for conversation persistence within a single browser session.
